To begin the process of becoming a CASA Volunteer, click on the link below and complete the application, which is a PDF Fillable document.  Once completed, save your application to attach in email to: volunteer@casa4kidsinc.org. 

Depending on which county you live (Sullivan or Hawkins), you will be notified by the appropriate staff that they have received your application.  If you have questions, please call 423.247.1161 and select the program staff that corresponds to your area:

Sullivan County:

Hawkins County:
